EXHIBITOR RENTAL INFORMATION:

$450 + tax/fee *SOLD OUT*
6FT Artist Alley Space: $185 + tax/fee *SOLD OUT*
Invoices will begin to be sent out on January 1st. Once received you will have 3 week to make payment. After that time you will need to reapply. Thanks!
Food and Drink Policy:
No Food and Drink sales are permitted unless the event
has approved so.
EXHIBITOR REFUND POLICY:
50% Vendor and Artist Alley space until two months prior to Bold Matsuri. No Refunds after that time period.
PARKING, ELECTRICITY & INTERNET ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH EXHIBITOR SPACE.
Each space comes with (2) Vendor Badges. Additional Vendor Badges will be available for purchase during load in.
All vendor & artist alley spaces will be assigned by the convention floor manager.
If accepted, we will send you a Paypal invoice where you'll be able to purchase your space. No space will be reserved until payment is made.
We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor and refund any exhibitor payments if we feel at any time they are non-conforming to our event. We reserve the right of booth/artist alley placement.
